1. Data controller
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and digital rights (LOPDGDD), the controller of the data collected on this site is Tania de Anta — Eating Stories, with Tax ID 70063812Q and registered address at C/ Henri Dunant 15, 28036 Madrid. 2. What data we process and why
Through the contact form on this site we collect: name, email address, name of the restaurant or project, project type and the message the person chooses to send us.
The sole purpose is to handle the enquiry or quote request and, where applicable, to manage the business relationship arising from it. No profiling is carried out and no automated decisions are taken.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on the data subject’s consent, given by submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), and on pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
4. Retention period
Data will be kept for as long as the relationship or commercial interest continues and, once it has ended, for the periods legally required to address potential liabilities. It will then be deleted.
5. Recipients and transfers
No data is disclosed to third parties except where legally required. Data may be processed by technology providers acting as processors (web hosting and email services) under the contract required by Article 28 GDPR.
Where any of these providers is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the safeguards provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).
6. Data subject rights
Anyone may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent, by writing to tania@eatingstories.org stating the right they wish to exercise. A complaint may also be lodged with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including encrypted transmission via SSL certificate.
8. Accuracy of data
Users guarantee that the data provided is accurate and undertake to notify any changes.
